Les Galicinski is Executive Director of Deposits of Faith Ministries.  Les came to know Christ as Savior after a fatal car accident in which his best friend was killed. Soon after he and his wife Judi were married and God blessed them with two children. 

After a twenty five year career in engineering consulting, Les was called to seminary, receiving a Master of Divinity degree from Tyndale University, College and Seminary in 2003.  He served for several years as Pastor of Spiritual Formation,  at Harvest Bible Chapel in Barrie where he also directed Veritas Bible Institute, teaching theology and discipleship.  In the spring of 2009 Les launched Deposits of Faith, and organization dedicated to Christian leadership development. 

In 2012, he earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Tyndale Seminary, in which the development of Love’s Greatest Joy was his doctoral dissertation. 

Les has been a follower of Jesus Christ for 33 years and has served Jesus Christ as a deacon, elder, worship leader, pastor, teacher, mentor and author.   He has been instrumental in several church plants which have grown to be thriving churches.    He is an avid sailor and has a love for theology and spiritual formation in unique settings.  Les has ministered at Chrsitalya congregations in India and has taught at the ACTS Institute in Bangalore. Les has been married to Judi for 35 years and they have two children and six grandchildren.  Les has a passion to see Christians grow in their love, devotion and service to Jesus Christ and His people. 

Currently Les serves as Board Chairman at Hope City Church in Barrie, Ontario.
